will follow the CFPB supervision examination procedures guidance documents
regarding mortgage loan origination.

reserving your spot early as early as possible so that you can get the dates and
times you most prefer. For many of our courses, we can (when available)
provide you with the Recorded Self-Study (at no extra cost), so you can begin
your training prior to your course participation.
The refund policy is that a student receives a full refund up to two weeks before the course. After that they receive a full credit to be applied to any course within the following 12 months following the course date. Specifically, the registration must be completed within twelve months from the start of the course they did not attend. The only exception to this id for live courses and with all the costs including travel, facilities, instructor fees, etc a no show at a live course receives no credit. Prior to the course date the previously mentioned policies still apply.
